Frequently Asked Questions
Hosted every year by churches on the Friday before Valentine's Day, each Night to Shine event is unique to its location, but some cornerstone activities included across all of them are a red carpet complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi, hair and makeup stations, shoeshines, limousine rides, karaoke, gifts, a catered dinner, a Sensory Room, a Respite Room for parents and caregivers, dancing, and a crowning ceremony where every guest is honored as a King or Queen – the way God sees them each and every day.

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that guests bring no more than 2 caretakers with them. Each guest will receive a buddy that will stay with them for the entire night. Each caretaker (parents, guardians, and/or attendants) who will be remaining on site for the event must be registered with the guest and have a current background check on file.
Due to the necessity of background checks, guest registration will be closed on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
You can donate through our PayPal to WBPastor1941@gmail.com.
You can also use the PayPal account to sponsor a guest for just $35; this donation covers a guest's meal, takeaway bag, and crown or tiara for the evening.
We have a training session that will be scheduled prior to the event. Please keep an eye out for the date. We will cover what is to be expected and how the night's activities will flow. There will also be informational emails sent out to all registered volunteers.
Due to the necessity of background checks, volunteer registration will be closed Wed, February 4, 2026.
